Alina Z shows how to prepare an easy recipe - OVERNIGHT OATMEAL
1/2 Cup Dry Rolled Oats
2 Tablespoons Oat Bran
1-2 Teaspoons Ground Flax Seeds
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Tiny little scoop of Stevia
Salt to taste
1 Cup Coconut Milk
1/4 Cup Organic Frozen Berries
Mix all ingredients together in a mason jar and leave in the fridge overnight.
Try other flavors and toppings besides the berries. More ideas coming in future recipes!
