In 2012 I became the Detox specialist and raw food chef for OnJuice.com, launching this national organic juice brand from scratch.
I designed their detox programs, cleanse manuals, did press interviews, held tastings and trained in house sales team as well as outside retailers, such as teams at hotels like the Fontainebleau in Miami Beach and restaurants like Seagrape at the Thompson Hotel in Miami.
APURA JUICERY AND COFFEEHOUSE
In 2014 I worked with Susan Mussaffi and to help her open Apura Juicery and Coffeehouse in November 2014 in Boca Raton, Florida.
After several years in business, Susan decided to close the brick-and-mortar store and take her passion to a national level, launching a new ApuraFarms brand, available at retailers such as Whole Foods. Below are photos of some of my favorite dishes I designed for the cafe.
One of my favorite kitchen tools is my Omega Nutritional Center. I have worked with this company many times, promoting them at national events as well as featuring them in my videos.
