While I love Raw Plant-Based Cuisine, I don't advise a 100% Raw Lifestyle to everyone because she believes in Bio-Individuality. I always apply my knowledge of Ayurveda - the Science of Life that comes from India. In Sanskrit, the word consists of two separate words - "Ayus" means life and "Veda" means knowledge or science.

Ayurveda emphasizes creating balance in the body through diet, lifestyle, exercise and body cleansing using bio-individuality as its guide map. By focusing on bio-individuality, I am able to create custom lifestyle plans for my clients. And yes, that can include burgers and pizza, just upgraded! 

However, regardless of the individual body type, everyone needs vital phytonutrients, vitamins, minerals and enzymes that can only be found in raw vegan cuisine.

​With that in mind, some of my clients choose to eat 50% Raw Vegan, while others may decide to be at 80%. And even then, these numbers always fluctuate, as life is never standing still. Most importantly, my clients are now educated on what their personal balance needs to be in order for them to thrive.
