I have two types of programs - in person and online.
For private coaching - We meet on Zoom once a week for 60 minutes and you have access to me via text any time during office hours.
For online program - as soon as your payment goes through, you get access to modules via link emailed to you. You will get access to bonus videos immediately upon signing up as well as the first week content.
Each week you will receive videos and PDFs with materials to learn and practice.
WHAT IS THE TIME COMMITMENT?
For private coaching - To create a long-lasting change, we work together for 6 months. There is so much to uncover and reprogram that usually we get the best results over that time frame. I can also work with you on specific goals with a shorter time frame and that all depends on case by case basis.
The 12 Tweaks To Transformation Program is 12 weeks.
The Dating Coaching Program is 5 weeks.
What's involved and WHAT'S INCLUDED?
Your willingness to change is most important! Other than that, it depends on what you need to work on. We may do some cooking and exercises. I may send you food samples or do a cooking class via zoom or in person.
This is a Couture Coaching, so we have to tailor everything to your needs.
